    What am I going to get?

    This 4 module e-course steps you through the training programs that our world-class facilitators experience.  

    These modules provide practical tools, exercises and challenges that create a transformational learning experience.  Here is an outline of what you can expect:

    MODULE 1: INTRODUCTION

    We introduce you to some of the key theories and approaches that underpin the work we do.

    MODULE 2: SELF

    All things start with the self, in this module we explore your values and attitudes and your reason why you do the type of work that do and how you show up in young people's lives.

    MODULE 3: SKILLS

    We share our proven techniques, tools and methods of running icebreakers and games, running check-in circles and telling stories all of which provide the platform for boys to share honestly.

    MODULE 4: SPACE

    The final module is all about creating the environment to create safety & trust to enable boys to feel comfortable enough to take down their masks and have real conversations.  We share with you some key things that we do whenever we are setting up a space for our workshops.

    COMMUNITY
